The Local’s Take

“Big, loud, multi-floor Broadway energy”

Luke Combs' Category 10 fills the old Wildhorse Saloon building at 2nd Avenue North and Broadway with several spaces under one roof: a honky-tonk stage with free line dancing lessons, the Hurricane Hall venue, a speakeasy called The Still, the Eye rooftop over the river, and 5 Leaf Clover Sports on the third floor. The sports bar has a giant main screen plus rows of smaller ones and live stat tickers, and it runs college and NFL watch parties all season. The menu leans Carolina: whole wings with a hot sorghum sriracha sauce from Combs' family, ranch flights and barbecue chicken flatbread.
