Fortuna is an Italian steakhouse on Highway 100 in Bellevue, near the Loveless, serving Black Angus steaks, pastas, mussels, burrata and three kinds of oysters. The deal to know is the bar and lounge happy hour, 4:30 to 6:30 PM every day: 2-for-1 wine by the glass and drafts, $5 wells, $6 house martinis and margaritas, half-price oysters and pizzas, and a $15 Knife & Fork Burger. Bottles of wine are half price all day Monday through Wednesday.
