Four best friends with family roots in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Vietnam opened the first Hawkers in Orlando in 2011, and the East Nashville outpost has anchored 626A Main Street since October 2020 — back at full roar since May 2026 after a kitchen fire forced a months-long rebuild. The menu reads like a Southeast Asian night market: roti canai with curry for dipping (they call themselves the Roti Experts, and they're not wrong), pork-and-broth soup dumplings from a generations-old recipe, and the C.K.T. — wide rice noodles wok-fired with lap cheong, shrimp and sweet soy. Neon, handmade wooden tables, and a covered, heated patio with a fire pit make it as good for a crawl stop as a full-table takeover.
Keep the crawl going — nearest first.
