“Unfussy family-run cafe”
Meridian Street Café & Bar is a family-owned Southern breakfast and lunch spot on Brick Church Pike, north of Trinity Lane. The menu is big and cheap: biscuit sandwiches from about $3, the Meridian Full Load platter, chicken and waffles, salmon croquettes, pork chops and eggs, plus wings, burgers and fish plates at lunch. It doubles as a brunch spot, pours mimosas and cocktails, and runs an early happy hour on weekdays from 10 to 11 AM with margaritas, mimosas and breakfast shots. Doors close at 2 PM every day.
