Roze Pony is the all-day cafe and market in the Shoppes of Belle Meade on Harding Pike, open 8 AM to 10 PM every day. Mornings bring soufflé pancakes, quiche, OSA coffee and the Pony Burger. After 4 PM it turns into a raw bar and dinner spot with oysters, crudo and pasta. The weekday happy hour, 4-6 PM, is built around martinis: six classic builds (Vesper, Martinez, Tuxedo No. 2, dirty and more) at $10, $2 oysters, $3 fries and $8 cava or rosé.
