Red Door East is the Five Points branch of the Red Door Saloon, a Nashville dive bar family that also runs Midtown and Donelson. It sits on Forest Avenue next to the 5 Spot, opens at 11 AM every day and pours until 3 AM. Happy hour runs weekdays from opening until 7 PM with $1 off beer and spirits, so it is one of the longest-running cheap-drink windows in East Nashville. Expect a big patio, a jukebox, shuffleboard and TVs on the walls. Bring a real ID: the door checks strictly.
