Bare Bones is a whole-animal butcher shop in The Nations that happens to make one of the best burgers in town. All beef is dry-aged at least two weeks, giving the ground beef a funky depth you won't find anywhere else. Double patty, American cheese, pickles, onions, mustard, mayo. Kitchen closes at 3pm.
