Caney Fork is the big lodge-style restaurant on Music Valley Drive across from the Opryland hotels, done up like a Tennessee river fish camp. The menu is Southern comfort with a hunting-cabin streak: catfish, ribs, pulled pork, steaks, burgers and wings, a separate wild game menu, award-winning gator chili, fried Twinkies and s'mores you toast at the table. There are local brews on tap and live music.

Ask your server about happy hour. On Wednesdays, teachers, nurses, first responders and military get 10% off food with ID. It opens at 4 PM Monday to Thursday and 11 AM Friday to Sunday.
