Hoppin' River North is a self-pour taproom in the River North development on the east bank of the Cumberland, with 60 taps of beer, wine, cocktails and THC drinks plus a full cocktail bar. You pay by the ounce, so it is easy to try a little of a lot. The big draw is the view: the downtown skyline and the river right out front. The kitchen does flatbreads, from the $12 Smashville Classic to $16 buffalo and BBQ chicken pies. The house specials run by the day: 25% off the wine taps on Wednesdays, $6 Casamigos margaritas and $6 Captain Morgan on Thursdays, and 25% off every tap on Sundays.
