“Polished, dressy steakhouse”

Kayne Prime is M Street Hospitality's steakhouse on McGavock Street, part of the same block as Moto, Virago and Saint Anejo. Dinner is a big-night-out affair, with Niman Ranch strips, a 28-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye and Mishima Reserve wagyu cuts running into the hundreds. The friendlier way in is happy hour, Monday through Friday until 6 PM: $12 classic cocktails like the bacon old fashioned, $10 wines by the glass, $6 Wiseacre pilsner, $10 oysters and a $20 wagyu burger. Business casual dress code applies.
