“Dim, intimate cocktail lounge”

Koré is a dim, lounge-like Asian fusion spot on Chapel Avenue near Eastland, from the team behind Mi Kitchen in Cool Springs. The menu is small plates: kalbi dumplings, sticky ribs with hoisin chili, K-Pop fried chicken, crispy spicy tuna and a truffle mac that regulars order every time. Happy hour is bar seating only, Tuesday to Thursday 5 to 6:30 PM and Friday to Sunday 4 to 6 PM. The cocktail list leans on lychee, yuzu and soju, like the $12 Lychee Martini. Closed Mondays.
