Pullman Standard is a cocktail lounge inside the old Cummins Station warehouse, with its entrance on Demonbreun Street. The name nods to the Pullman rail cars, and the drinks list runs from a nitro espresso martini and brown butter old fashioned to seasonal originals, backed by top-shelf spirits, wine by the glass and bottle, and small plates like pimento cheese dip with hot pepper jam, onion dip with chips and a rotating charcuterie board. Happy hour runs Monday through Thursday, 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Bar seats are first come, first served; tables can be booked on OpenTable.
