The Detroit Cowboy is Kid Rock's Capitol View restaurant, run with Joe Muer Seafood, the Detroit seafood house that dates to 1929. Expect oysters, crab cakes, prime steaks and Detroit touches like Coney dogs and Detroit-style pizza on the late-night menu, in a room full of Detroit and Nashville music and sports memorabilia. Golden Hour runs 4 to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 3 to 6 PM Sunday with half off liquor, beer and wine under $25, and Sunday brunch runs 10 AM to 2:30 PM.
