Bacco is the Tuscan-inspired Italian restaurant in the Four Seasons at the foot of Demonbreun, near the river and a short walk from Bridgestone Arena. There is a dining room, an outdoor terrazza and a 52-seat bar and lounge that stays open until midnight (1 AM on weekends). Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 2 PM with a Benedetta pizzette (prosciutto, poached eggs, hollandaise), an Italian hash with Calabrian hollandaise, ricotta pancakes and steak and eggs. Dinner leans on pastas like lobster bucatini carbonara and premium cuts. Valet is complimentary for the first three hours.
