Brugada is a modern American restaurant and cocktail bar on Commerce Street, a block off Broadway and across from Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel. Weekend brunch runs Friday through Sunday with chicken and Belgian waffles, steak and eggs, chorizo biscuit rancheros and a double smashburger, and dinner adds flatbreads, loaded beer cheese tots and shiitake dumplings. The space is built for groups, with a Singers Lounge, VIP room and a 'Skull Nook' that can be booked, and the bar stays open until 2:30 AM on Saturdays.
