“Wood-paneled 1970s country dive with a stage”

Dee's is Amy Dee's classic-country lounge in Madison, open since 2016 because, in her words, she couldn't find a classic country venue around Nashville. It's a 1970s-style dive with a killer jukebox, pool, darts, a front porch and a fire-pit patio. There's live music most nights, Margo Price has guest-bartended, and Esquire put it on its 2020 list of the best bars in America.

Happy hour starts at 3 PM Monday to Thursday and at noon on Friday and Saturday, before the bands go on. The drinks are classic cocktails, house signatures and cold beer, and it's 21 and up.
