Junie's is the all-day restaurant and bar at the Motto by Hilton on 3rd Ave S, a few blocks from Bridgestone Arena and Music City Center. Brunch is served every day from 7 AM to 2 PM: smoked salmon benedict on an everything bagel, chorizo and potato hash, and pancakes or French toast done tiramisu-style with Frothy Monkey espresso or bananas Foster. The New American menu leans on local partners (Loving Oven pastries, Walker Brothers kombucha, Bearded Iris and TailGate on draft). There is a 2 to 4 PM bites menu and dinner from 4.
