Neighborlily is a coffee shop by day and a cocktail bar by night on a brick-sidewalk corner of Monroe Street, with a few indoor bar seats, a patio shaded by old crepe myrtles and a backyard where Wet Tacos serves food. It doubles as a flower shop: you can grab a bouquet or build your own bud vase while you wait on your drink. Happy hour runs 3 to 6 PM every day it's open, and it's dog friendly.
