The Local’s Take

“Nashville hot chicken restaurant with strong wing program”

Party Fowl's wing game is smoked bone-in wings, flash-fried to order, with 8 sauce options including buffalo alongside Memphis dry rub, Jamaican jerk, and Nashville hot. Donelson location is the flagship (13,000 sq ft, two full bars). Not a pure buffalo spot - but the buffalo option on smoked wings is a unique hybrid.
