Salento Italia is a dinner-only Italian spot in the Donelson Pike shopping strip near the airport, the Nashville sibling of a Bowling Green, Kentucky restaurant. Expect 12-inch pizzas, house pastas like tonnarelli fra diavolo and a cast iron lasagna, steak frites and grilled salmon, with an Italian-leaning cocktail list.
