“Laid-back neighborhood sports pub with regulars at the bar”

The Original Corner Pub is the family-owned Green Hills watering hole on Hillsboro Pike, open since 2004 and run independently. It is a TV-and-bourbon kind of bar: a deep bourbon shelf with the odd allocated bottle, hand-patted half-pound burgers, hot chicken chunks and the house buffalo wings it calls the best in town. Happy hour is all day, every day, and the pub stays open until midnight most nights and 1 AM on weekends, which makes it one of the few late options in Green Hills. The kitchen serves until 10 PM Monday to Wednesday, 11 PM Thursday to Saturday and 9 PM on Sunday.
