Cafe Roze is the pink-hued all-day cafe that basically defined the East Nashville brunch aesthetic. Chef Julia Jaksic (ex-Employees Only) turns out deceptively simple dishes — the smoked salmon toast and grain bowl are iconic. At night it transforms into a surprisingly legit cocktail spot. Expect a line on weekends.
