The 12South Edley's is the order-at-the-counter BBQ stop near the south end of the strip, a short walk up from Sevier Park. Meats are smoked daily over white oak: Double R Ranch prime brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, smoked chicken and turkey, plus the Tuck Special (brisket, over-easy egg, red and white sauce, pimento cheese) and smoked-then-fried wings.

There is a full bar and a dog-friendly patio; ask the bar about happy hour. The kitchen runs 11 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and to 10 PM Friday and Saturday, with the bar going until the last drink is poured.
