“Polished Americana dining room in the Hutton Hotel”

Evelyn's is the restaurant inside the Hutton Hotel on West End Ave, named for Evelyn Sharp, a 20th-century arts patron and interior designer. The look and the menu are Classic Americana with Southern touches, and it took an OpenTable Diners' Choice nod in 2024.

Brunch runs Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 2 PM: a $21 patisserie board, bananas-foster sourdough pancakes, a corn-flake-crusted Monte Cristo and a double-patty Evelyn's Burger, with $10 mimosas (orange, passionfruit or grapefruit) and a $15 Bloody Mary with a smoked salt rim.
