Gabby's is the burger that locals have strong feelings about. A tiny hole-in-the-wall in Wedgewood-Houston serving grass-fed beef burgers that rival spots charging twice as much. Named after the owner's kids (Seamus = single, Gabby = double). Closes at 2:30pm, closed Sundays, and the parking lot is always full.
