Gordo's is the Nashville sister of Gordo Taqueria, a family-run San Francisco Bay Area spot that has been rolling Mission-style burritos since 1977. The next generation of the family opened this counter-service shop on Merritt Ave, a short walk from Geodis Park and The Truth.

Build your own burrito, bowl or tacos at the counter: super burritos run $10–13.95 and soft tacos start at $4.25. There is a $9.50 margarita (hibiscus or spicy for a dollar more) and $3 cans. On Saturdays and Sundays there are breakfast burritos and bowls.
