The Local’s Take

“Bright, buzzy taqueria with a covered street-side patio”

Dos Santos is a scratch-made taqueria from brothers Kris and Jason, who opened the first one in Denver in 2015 after running restaurants in Mexico. The Nashville location on Gray St is its only one outside Colorado, with a covered patio open to the street and a bar built for margarita flights.

Tacos run $4.95–7.25 (chicken tinga, porky, crispy pork belly, beer-battered fish), with a raw bar of tostadas and aguachile. Happy hour is 3–6 PM every day and all day Monday, and weekend brunch runs 10 AM–2 PM with $27 bottomless mimosas.
