Harper's is a big, polished steakhouse at the corner of Lea Ave and 2nd Ave S on Rutledge Hill, the Nashville sibling of the Dallas original from Milkshake Concepts. Dinner is a splurge (prime porterhouse, wagyu by the ounce), so locals use the bartop happy hour, Monday to Friday 4 to 6 PM, with $8 martinis, margaritas and wine, $5 domestic beer and $3 oysters. Weekends bring the Veuve Clicquot Garden Brunch, 10 AM to 3 PM, with shrimp and grits, olive oil pancakes and stuffed French toast. Business casual is required.
