Henley is the restaurant and bar at the Kimpton Aertson on Broadway, steps from Vanderbilt. The menu is seasonal Southern: biscuit beignets and a chorizo breakfast burrito at brunch, sweet potato and pimento biscuits, crispy pork belly and a $22 KLD Farm cheeseburger at dinner, plus a bar heavy on small-batch Tennessee bourbon.

Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Happy hour is daily with $9 Manhattans, daisies, rum punch and gimlets, $9 house wine, $5 select beer and $7 to $9 bites like crispy pickle spears and smoked bacon queso fries.
