Modern Love is the ground-floor restaurant and bar at the Fairlane Hotel on Union Street, designed around 1960s counterculture and mid-century modern style, running from 7 AM until late. Brunch is served every day until 3 PM, with banana French toast, a Music City Breakfast, biscuits and gravy, Nashville hot chicken schnitzel and a tavern burger. Happy hour runs daily from 4 to 7 PM with $4 off cocktails, 30% off house wine and draft beer, $5 deviled eggs or truffle fries, and a $12 house burger.
