COA is the rooftop bar and modern Mexican kitchen on top of the Canopy by Hilton on Division Street, with skyline views over the Gulch and what it calls one of the largest agave and tequila selections in Tennessee. Golden Hour runs Monday through Thursday, 4 to 6 PM: $5 beer, $8 house margaritas, $9 frozen drinks, $10 signature cocktails and $12 soft serve margaritas. Weeknights add specials (half-off tacos with a margarita on Tuesday, $8 dips Wednesday, 20% off for Gulch residents Thursday), and weekends bring $45 bottomless tacos and margaritas. COA is cashless, so bring a card.
