Silo is the all-day restaurant on the lobby level of the Canopy by Hilton on Division Street, named for the repurposed brewing silo inside (the site was once Yazoo Brewing). It runs from a 6:30 AM brunch menu of egg dishes, benedicts, breakfast burritos, toasts and bagels through dinner with pastas, mussels, shareables and 14-inch Five Points pizzas. Happy hour runs 2 to 6 PM every day. It's dog-friendly, and valet is a flat $15 per vehicle.
