Drusie & Darr is Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant inside the 1910 Hermitage Hotel, across 6th Avenue from the Capitol area. Weekends bring brunch from 11 AM to 2 PM after hotel breakfast, with Benton's ham eggs Benedict, buttermilk pancakes and a smoked salmon plate. Every day from 4 to 6 PM the hotel runs its '1910 Hour': $19.10 pairings of a cocktail and a small bite, like a Drusie & Darr martini (classic, dirty or espresso) with herbed fries, or champagne with a caviar deviled egg in the Grand Lobby.
