“Polished but relaxed hotel dining room and bar”

The Chloe is the Nashville sister of the New Orleans boutique hotel, tucked on Acklen Avenue a block off Belcourt, and its restaurant and bar are open to everyone, not just hotel guests. The kitchen brings New Orleans favorites into a Southern menu: café brûlot beignets, tasso Benedict, blackened redfish and a twin stack burger on a Charpier's poppy seed bun. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday, 3-6 PM, with $10 classic cocktails, $8 house wine and $2 High Life ponies. Weekend brunch is long, 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
