Twenty-First is the new two-level restaurant and rooftop in Hillsboro Village that opened in early 2025. The menu spans lunch, brunch, and dinner with an all-American approach, and the rooftop is a welcome addition to the neighborhood's dining scene. Still finding its legs, but the location and concept are promising.
