Blue Aster is the main restaurant at the Conrad Nashville on West End Ave, with a menu inspired by the Northern Mediterranean coast (Spain, France, Italy and Greece) and a Southern accent. It also runs an afternoon tea and a lounge that stays open late.

Weekend brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 2:30 PM. Think blueberry pie pancakes with bourbon maple syrup, a Southern Benny on White Lily biscuits with oak-smoked porchetta and collards, steak and eggs with salsa verde, and a Tennessee Burger made with Bear Creek Farms beef. It is a splurge: most brunch plates are $22 or more.
