“Chic, low-key hotel cocktail bar with indoor-outdoor seating”

Thistle & Rye is the third-floor cocktail bar at the Conrad Nashville on West End Ave, with an indoor-outdoor bar, a long list of small-batch whiskeys and small plates inspired by global street food. It is calmer and cheaper than the hotel's main restaurant downstairs.

Happy hour is Monday to Saturday, 4 to 6 PM, and it is one of the better deals around: a $10 Cooper Sharp smashburger, $12 buffalo wings, $6 duck fat fries and shishitos, $6 drafts, $8 cava and $10 house margaritas and signature cocktails. On Sundays it switches to brunch, 11 AM to 5 PM, with matcha waffles and an eggs benny bao.
