The Rux is a rooftop restaurant and bar six stories above Church Street at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown, with an indoor-outdoor setup and skyline views. The tagline is "Sky High. Down Home": Southern plates with a global twist, like 12-hour braised short rib, a dry aged pork chop with smoked cheddar grits, fried catfish and a $16 Smashville double smash burger.
